Don't push a woman. Pull her in.
Ego has the tendency to control. Control is sometimes expressed as a willingness to help. Be careful!
By pulling her in, you let her express her divine character. Let the Shiva in you do his work to pull her in.
You'll get more out of the female aspect of creation by being male. The Male will pull all the creativity of the Female; don't worry.
God takes here. Believe in God (the Unity), and the Male and Female energies (the Duality) will work their ways.
